Mondesi lone Storm Chaser named to PCL All-Star team

Earlier today, the Pacific Coast League named its All-Star team for the upcoming Triple-A All-Star Game, which will be held on Wednesday, July 12 in Tacoma. MLB Network will broadcast the game live.

2017-Triple-A-All-Star-Logo-Primary-836x1024Triple-A Omaha had just one player named to the team. That would be shortstop Raul Mondesi, who was not optioned to the minors until May 22nd.

Mondesi leads the PCL in stolen bases with 16 (he has been caught just two times). He is currently hitting .332 (seventh in the PCL) with 15 doubles, four triples, and seven home runs. Mondy has scored 34 runs and driven in 32.
